Lecture Request

Drs. Karen Seibold and Craig Woods speak at IVECCS 2011 to about 400 veterinarians and technicians interested in antivenom. Dr. Seibold is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care. Dr. Woods is the manager of BioVeteria Life Sciences, LLC and has managed the antivenom trials since 2009.

Antivenoms and Venoms (Pit Viper) – pharmacology, types of antivenoms, venom mechanisms, and therapeutic options.
ImSAIDs (immune selective anti-inflammatory derivatives) – immuno-pharmacology, overview of studies in pancreatitis, sepsis, asthma, neurological trauma.
